1. Terms & Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions apply when you as a customer makes an order through atelier-ajour.se and its subpages. The agreement is between you and Atelier Ajour AB, company registration number 556388-9038. You must be 18 years of age to make orders on the website.
The company is seated in Stockholm. The address of the company is Engelbrektsgatan 3.
If you wish to get in touch with us, send an E-mail to info@atelier-ajour.se along with your errand and contact information and we'll be in touch shortly.
2. Ordering
When you have completed your order, a confirmation is sent to your E-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, payment- and delivery address.
If something is wrong in the confirmation E-mail you must immediately contact us via E-mail at info@atelier-ajour.se
3. Delivery
If the product is in stock, our regular delivery time is 1-4 days. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next monday at the earliest.
In the case that the product must be crafted first, the delivery time is 3-4 weeks. If the delivery risks being delayed even further, we will contact you by E-mail.
If delays in delivery should arise (without word from us about late delivery) you shall contact us by E-mail: info@atelier-ajour.se
4. Price
All prices in the shop are given in SEK (Swedish Crowns) and include 25% Swedish VAT.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website you as a customer have a right by Swedish law to withdraw your purchase 14 days after you have received your product.
Beware: The right of withdrawal only applies to the standard products as presented in the shop. If you have agreed with us to specially craft a product after your own wishes, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
5.1 When exercising your Right of Withdrawal:
You must send us a message to withdraw your purchase. The message shall be sent to us via E-mail to info@atelier-ajour.se or by letter to Engelbrektsgatan 3, 114 32 Stockholm. In the message your name, address, E-mail address, order ID and which wares you are going to send back should be clearly stated, as well as whether the packaging has been opened or not.
You should immediately, and at the latest within 14 days by Swedish law after your message of withdrawal, send the products back to us.
You are responsible for return delivery and shape of the products, including delivery cost. Therefore we recommend that the products are sent back in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to take a cut of the refund money corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value if the product was used or damaged upon returning to us.
5.2 Cases where the Right of Withdrawal does not apply:
- Products that due to health or hygenic reasons have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Sealed products containing recordings of sound or video on physical medium, and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Specially made products crafted, or have clear marks, according to your personal wishes.
- Services that have been granted and where you have expressly agreed that the service is begun immediately without a right of withdrawal.
- Products that can quickly degrade, for example food.
- Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

6. Returns and Complaints
We control all products before these are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives we take full responsibility to correct the error in accordance with current consumer safety regulation.
You must always contact us for approval before sending back a defective product.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect or fault has been detected.
6.1 How to make a complaint?
Potential defects and faults shall always be declared in a message to info@atelier-ajour.se in which you provide your name, address, E-mail address, Order ID and a description of the defects and faults.
If correcting the error or delivering a similar product is beyond our reasonable ability, we will pay you back in full in accordance with current consumer safety regulation. We pay for all delivery costs relating to approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product turns out to not be defect or faulty in accordance with current consumer safety regulation. When processing complaints we follow the guidelines of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnen, see arn.se.
7. Limits of Responsibility
We do not take responsibility for indirect damage that could be caused by the product.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays or defects as a result of events outside of the company's control (Force Majeure). These events could for example be work conflict, fire, war, government decision, mitigated or failed delivery of goods.
8. Product Infomration
We make a reservation for potential type errors on this website as well as products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images represent the product's exact appearance as a certain color difference may occur depending on monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try to present our products as accurately as possible.
9. Information about Cookies
According to law on electronic information visitors on a website shall in the interest of personal integrity be given information that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie is possible to use in order to track a user's web surfing. A cookie is a small text file that the website that you visit asks to store on your computer to get access to various features. You can configure your browser so that it will automatically deny cookies.
10. Personal Information
By shopping at Atelier Ajour AB you accept our privacy policy and our managing of your personal information. We wish to protect your personal integrity and do not gather more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your personal information to a third party without legal grounds.
Atelier Ajour AB is responsible for the management of your personal information that you have left us as a customer. Your personal information is only managed by us in the purpose of processing your order.

10.1 What is personal information?
Personal information is all information that can be directly or indirectly be associated to a physical person.
10.2 What information do we store?
In order to be able to process your order and answer to questions related to your order (customer service) we store your name, surname, address, telephone number, E-mail address, ip-address and purchase history.
Your personal information is stored as long as we have legal grounds to manage it, for example to accomplish the agreement between us or to conform to legal obligation like the law of accounting.
10.3 Legal grounds
Along with a purchase we manage your personal information in order to accomplish the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar dispatch are subject to your approval.
10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
10.4.1 Payment operator
When doing a purchase, information is shared with our payment operator. Your name, surname, address, E-mail address and phone number is stored. If you choose to pay using an invoice, your social security number is also stored with the payment operator. Information is stored in order to complete the purchase and for protection against fraud.
The payment operators (payment services) that we use are: Klarna.
10.4.2 Delivery services
In order to deliver your orders and accomplish our agreement we must share specific information with the delivery service. Your name, surname and address is shared for delivery.
The delivery services we use are: Postnord.
10.5 Right to Access
You have the right to access all information that we manage about you. The information is delivered electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to Correction
You have the right to ask us to update faulty information or add to information that is incomplete.
10.7 Right to be Forgotten
You may at any time ask us to delete all information that we manage about you. There are a few exceptions to the right to be forgotten, for example information that must be kept in order to conform to legal obligations like the law of accounting.
10.8 Responsibility for Data Protection
Atelier Ajour AB is responsible for storing and managing personal information in the web store and to make sure the rules are followed.
10.9 Here is how we protect your personal information
We use industry standard technology such as SSL/TLS and one-way hashing algorithms in order to store, manage and send sensitive information such as personal information and passwords in a safe way. The web store's servers are managed by Loopia Aktiebolag and the web store is built on the platform OpenCart.
11. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to at any time make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted when a customer places a new order or visits the website after the changes have taken place.
12. Dispute
In the case of a unresolvable dispute between the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnen, see arn.se. If you live in a EU-country other than Sweden, you may leave a complaint online via the EU-commission's platform for solving disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
On potential dispute we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute-resolving agency.
Dispute on the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
